Job summary

MOESC is seeking qualified applicants for paraprofessional (teacher assistant) positions to support students at the Freehold Learning Center! Hours are 8:40 am-3:40pm and the role involves assisting with daily tasks, reinforcing lessons, and supporting student progress.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma and 60+ college credits and/or Praxis Parapro. Preference for experience with children and good organizational/interpersonal skills; background check will be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 60+ college credits and/or Praxis Parapro preferred.
• Experience with children in a school setting preferred.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background check and show U.S. citizenship or residency.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist assigned student with daily routines and tasks.
• Support teacher to reinforce instructional goals.
• Move with students between classes and monitor safety.
• Assist with classroom activities and materials as needed.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct.
