Job summary

Great Eastern Resort Management, Inc. is seeking Junior Instructors at Massanutten Resort in McGaheysville, VA to assist Senior Instructors with education for children enrolled in Group Lessons. Must be able to ski/snowboard at beginner level or higher and be at least 16 years old.

Typical schedule is seasonal with varied days, including weekends and holidays. Pay is $13.00 per hour. Responsibilities include helping with lesson setup, safety, gear fitting, and assisting in rental duties as

Responsibilities

• Assist a Senior Instructor in organizing, education and keeping all children safe.
• Assist with set up and take down of any terrain props used for the day.
• Assist in the Rental Department with fitting boots and helmets when not needed during lesson times.
• Learn to set rental ski bindings (ages 16-17 only).
• Other duties as assigned by management.
