Formación

• Earned terminal degree in Learning Sciences, Education, Organizational Development, Systems Engineering, Human Resource Development, Organizational psychology, Leadership studies, Management, Public policy, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in systems thinking and organizational learning.
• Proven record of leading educational or institutional transformation and organizational change initiatives.
• Excellent teaching, learner engagement, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead the College-wide Learning Organization Initiative with a strategic framework based on systems thinking and knowledge management.
• Develop and oversee organizational learning infrastructure, communities of practice, and dashboards to measure learning capacity.
• Lead leadership development programs and provide coaching, facilitation, and advisory support across college units.
• Teach credit and non‑credit programs and align curricula with the College's mission and strategic goals.
• Conduct research and publish resources on learning organizations, workforce learning, and knowledge management.
