What Will You Do?
The Learning Business Partner will be a critical driver in overseeing operational excellence within our Talent Development team and learning program management. This role will play a key role in identifying skill gaps, designing targeted learning solutions, and driving a culture of continuous learning and professional growth through strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Learn Ops Responsibilities:
• Learning Analytics: Monitor and analyze learning data to measure program effectiveness, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
• Learning Communications: Design and deliver clear, engaging communications to promote learning initiatives and increase program visibility.
• Learning Content Development: Create and curate innovative, accessible, and learner-centric content tailored to diverse audiences.
• Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability across programs.
• Knowledge Management: Organize and maintain knowledge repositories to ensure easy access to up-to-date learning resources and information.
Current Responsibilities:
• Maintain and optimize talent analytics dashboards to track key metrics.
• Regularly distribute learning reports to stakeholders, ensuring insights are actionable and drive decision making.
• Analyze learning data to identify trends and areas for program improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead projects as needed for the standardization & optimization of learning programs and processes globally, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
• Build strong relationships with org-wide partners and business leaders to gain buy-in and promote engagement in learning solutions.
• Deploy internal communications for Talent Development programs, including overseeing the Talent Development mailboxes.
• Implement opportunities to evaluate and enhance learning programs based on feedback, changing business
needs, and emerging technology.
What Will You Need To Succeed?
• Proven ability to standardize and optimize learning workflows, processes, and content
• Experience in talent analytics & insights
• Strong project management, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with LMS systems
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development or a related field
• Experience in automation and process improvement
• Project management certification or similar is a plus
• Previous experience working across multiple regions
