What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Advanced University Degree (Masters) in Adult Learning, Leadership Development, Organizational Studies, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in adult learning, leadership development, or organizational change in complex organizations
  • Demonstrated expertise in coaching, peer learning, or HR/leadership development initiatives
  • Strong facilitation skills for participatory evaluation processes
  • Excellent synthesis and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with the United Nations Evaluation Group (UNEG) norms and standards for evaluation
  • Experience applying qualitative and mixed-methods evaluation approaches, integrating gender-equality, equity, and inclusion considerations
  • Familiarity with UNICEF or other multilateral organizations
