What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Support the design and refinement of evaluation methodology focusing on adult learning and leadership development
- Conduct data collection through interviews, focus groups, and case studies related to managers' experiences
- Analyze the impact of MSP components on management practice, team dynamics, and organizational culture
- Facilitate participatory approaches for data collection and workshops
- Draft and finalize key deliverables, including evaluation reports and communication products
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Advanced University Degree (Masters) in Adult Learning, Leadership Development, Organizational Studies, Human Resources Management, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in adult learning, leadership development, or organizational change in complex organizations
- Demonstrated expertise in coaching, peer learning, or HR/leadership development initiatives
- Strong facilitation skills for participatory evaluation processes
- Excellent synthesis and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with the United Nations Evaluation Group (UNEG) norms and standards for evaluation
- Experience applying qualitative and mixed-methods evaluation approaches, integrating gender-equality, equity, and inclusion considerations
- Familiarity with UNICEF or other multilateral organizations
