Job summary

Vitu is seeking an Learning and Development Specialist I to design, coordinate, and deliver training programs across technical, customer-facing, and corporate roles. The role supports a culture of continuous learning in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will collaborate with HR and other departments to identify learning needs, develop materials, and track program effectiveness using LMS and surveys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years in learning and development, instructional design, or HR training.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer company-wide training programs, including compliance, product training, and role-specific learning.
• Support scheduling, communication, and logistics of training sessions (virtual and in-person).
• Assist in development of training materials, presentations, job aids, and eLearning content.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design and update training materials for software, product, and process learning.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions as needed.
• Maintain and update learning content on the LMS.

Job Summary

As a Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist you’ll play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our employees across technical, customer-facing, and corporate roles. You’ll assist in designing, coordinating, and delivering high-impact training programs that enhance employee skills, improve performance, and support career development. This role works cross-functionally to build a culture of continuous learning in a fast-paced, innovation-driven tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer company-wide training programs, including compliance, product training, and role-specific learning
• Support the scheduling, communication, and logistics of training sessions (virtual and in-person)
• Assist in the development of training materials, presentations, job aids, and eLearning content
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and update training materials tailored to software, product, and process learning
• Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual training sessions as needed
• Maintain and update learning content on the company’s learning management system (LMS)
• Track training participation, completion rates, and effectiveness using LMS and survey tools
• Collect and analyze feedback to improve learning programs
• Help maintain L&D data dashboards and prepare reports for HR and leadership
• Work closely with HR and other departments to identify learning needs and align solutions
• Support special projects such as leadership development initiatives or DEI-related training

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or HR training
• Must be skilled in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
• Strong organization, project coordination, and communication skills
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and basic LMS systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment

Compensation

The salary range [or hourly rate range] for this position is: $23.50-$28.50

This role be hybrid from one of the following cities:

Wilmington, OH – Irmo, SC – Sacramento, CA – Indianapolis, IN – Portland, OR

The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.
