Your Job

The Phillips-Medisize Learning and Development Team is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist. We are seeking an organized, strategic thinker to support global learning initiatives through effective administration, project coordination, and marketing execution. You'll play a pivotal role in enabling workforce development and cross-functional alignment across our global locations.

*This is a remote position, with preference of being located near our sites in Wisconsin or Arkansas.

This role is part of a global team that helps execute and deliver robust learning and development initiatives that align with business goals to ensure that our workforce remains adaptable, skilled and inspired to lead our organization into the future.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with global cross-functional teams to support and execute learning solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive engagement for learning initiatives across multiple platforms.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on learning program metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage LMS administration including user data integrity, course assignments, and reporting accuracy.
  • Own and maintain the Learning and Development SharePoint site, ensuring content is current, well-organized, and visually engaging.
  • Lead and coordinate multiple projects independently, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Foster collaboration and communication with stakeholders to support a positive learning culture.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office proficiently to produce reports, presentations, and documentation.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 1+ years of experience as a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator.
  • Previous training or facilitation experience.
  • 2+ years experience leveraging advanced Microsoft Office features to optimize systems and workflows.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience working in global or cross-cultural teams.
  • Background in manufacturing or regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Background in marketing, training delivery, video editing, or instructional design with demonstrated project involvement.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Polish, Finnish or Spanish.
  • Experience implementing AI-powered learning tools.

This position does not qualify for VISA Sponsorship. In order to comply with U.S. export control laws and regulations, this position requires applicants to either provide proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status or be eligible to receive an export authorization (a license) under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.

We anticipate paying $60,000 - $85,000 per year for this role, which is eligible for variable pay. The application window is anticipated to close on 11/30/25.
