Job Description:
The Learning and Development (L&D) Partner will design and implement the Modular Education Program, integrating specialized and cross-channel learning to guide organizational innovation and collaboration. You will blend expertise in adult learning, instructional design, e-learning development, and change management to create scalable, role-specific learning programs. Reporting to the Project Lead, the L&D Partner will lead programs from strategy to execution, promoting a culture of continuous education that aligns with Dentsu's business objectives.
This is a hybrid position.

Salary Range: The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
