Bucherer USA is offering a Fall 2026 Learning and Development Intern position to support the Human Resources team on various projects during the summer internship program.

The role involves learning how to assess development needs, curate learning resources, drive engagement, analyze training metrics, and more while working in NYC and additional offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn to assess development needs and curate learning resources for a summer internship program.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across departments and retail to deliver impactful employee deliverables.
• Support administrative upkeep of the Mystery Shop Program and related communications.
• Maintain and update online training platforms used by the team.
• Assist in managing the brand training calendar for 30+ locations and brands.
• Observe store trainings in NYC and help foster team engagement.
• Help plan and execute corporate engagement activities and events.
• Be flexible to support at 5th Avenue and Long Island City offices as needed.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job description

Bucherer USA is seeking a Fall 2026 Learning and Development Intern who will provide support to the members of the Human Resources team on a variety of projects over for the summer internship program period.

Period: Septemver - December

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE INVOLVED IN:

While working closely with the Learning and Development team you will have the opportunity to learn about assessing development needs, curating learning resources, driving engagement, analyzing training metrics, and more!

• Collaborate and work cross functionally across many departments and retail to help produce deliverables that will have a positive impact and experience of our employees
• Support in administrative upkeep of the Mystery Shop Program- reviewing scores, identifying opportunities, tracking successes and drafting related communications
• Maintain and update online training platform(s)
• Support in managing and updating of the brand training calendar for all locations, consisting of 30 plus brands
• Participate and observe store trainings and help encourage team engagement (only in NYC market)
• Support in the planning and execution of corporate engagement activities and events
• Flexible to support at 5th Avenue and Long Island City office as needed.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Junior or Senior year student, preferred course of study to include Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or related field
• Knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
• Must have excellent attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong and confident verbal and written communicator
• Ability to maintain utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Experience in a multitasking work environment
• Positive and can do attitude
• Knowledge of the watch or jewelry industry a plus

SALARY RANGE: $18.00/hour
