Your Job
The Phillips-Medisize Learning and Development Team is seeking a strategic and innovative Learning and Development Instructional Design Lead to lead the design, development, and management of global learning initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful L&D frameworks and drive workforce capabilities aligned with our organizational goals.
This is a remote position, with preference of being located near our sites in Wisconsin or Arkansas.
