Job summary

BDA, LLC in Plainfield, IN is seeking an L&D Business Partner for our Supply Chain and Warehouse teams. You will oversee and coordinate training initiatives, develop and sustain a robust learning culture, and ensure training aligns with daily warehouse operations.

The role keeps you on the floor with the operations teams, driving learning on site and supporting continuous improvement while collaborating with leadership to scale training programs across the network.
