One of our companies is currently looking for a Learning and Development Associate in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and support the onboarding and development programs for a fast-growing national admissions team. The Learning and Development Associate will design and deliver both live and asynchronous training solutions to equip new hires with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. You will work cross-functionally with leadership and subject matter experts to enhance onboarding processes, maintain training materials, and ensure learning experiences align with organizational goals. This is an ideal position for a candidate who thrives in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment and has a strong background in instructional design, facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Accountabilities:

  • Deliver virtual training sessions for new hires across multiple departments, aligning with role-specific needs and workflows
  • Develop and maintain scalable learning materials including e-learning modules, job aids, and documentation
  • Evaluate and improve onboarding programs using data insights and stakeholder feedback
  • Collaborate with leaders to ensure training content reflects current business priorities and best practices
  • Identify ongoing training opportunities to close skill gaps and support professional growth
  • Provide Salesforce training and support, acting as a platform expert for both new and existing staff
  • Facilitate cross-departmental understanding by training internal teams on admissions operations and needs
  • 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or team enablement
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging instructional content, both live and asynchronous
  • Comfortable leading virtual sessions and working with diverse learner groups
  • Prior experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations is a plus
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom, Google Workspace; experience with LMS platforms preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and project execution capabilities
  • Native-equivalent English fluency and U.S. work authorization required
  • Competitive annual salary range between $62,000 and $80,000, with bonus potential up to $88,000
