Midwives of NJ is seeking dedicated CNMs/CMs to provide full-scope midwifery care across homebirth, hospital, and birth center settings in New Jersey. We emphasize relationship-based, unrushed care and lifelong support for families.

Qualifications

• Certification through the AMCB is required.
• Licensed in New Jersey as CNM or CM.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-scope midwifery preferred, open to new grads with alignment to care model.
• Experience in out-of-hospital birth settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope midwifery care across homebirth, hospital, and birth center settings.
• Support clients before, during, and after childbearing with relationship-based care.
• Collaborate with a strong team and mentor student midwives as needed.
• Ensure thorough, unrushed care with ample time for office visits.

Our practice provides the full spectrum of midwifery services including homebirth , hospital birth , and birth center births, annual well-woman care , gyn problem visits, family planning and preconception care. We are client-focused midwives proud to follow the midwifery model of care.
