Epiphany Dermatology invites Licensed NPs and PAs to join Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive training program designed to fast-track dermatology skills and launcher a thriving career. Training occurs with one-on-one instruction in El Paso or Dallas, TX, followed by hands-on clinical rotations and milestone assessments, with a guaranteed placement at a mutually agreed clinic after completion.

Compensation includes a competitive training salary of $60,000 per year, a sign-on bonus and housing

• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to the assigned clinic after training.

Learn Derm is a 12-month, immersive training experience led by our esteemed Physicians and Medical Market Directors. This program combines in-depth education with real-world clinical exposure to help you become a confident, skilled dermatology provider.Upon successful completion of the program, candidates are guaranteed placement at a specific clinic location, which will be mutually agreed upon prior to receiving an official offer.

Program Highlights:

• Training: Participate in one-on-one training in El Paso or Dallas, TX, for your 12 months of didactic and clinical education.
• Daily Clinical Rotations:Immerse yourself in hands-on clinic shadowing to maximize your exposure to a highly diverse range of skin conditions.
