Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology offers Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive program for NPs and PAs to fast-track dermatology skills. Training is led by our physicians and directors, with real-world clinical exposure and guaranteed clinic placement upon completion.

Applicants must be licensed PAs or NPs, be willing to relocate to TX for training and post-training placement, and commit to a 5-year contract after program completion. Relocation and transcripts are required.

Learn Derm is a 12-month, immersive training experience led by our esteemed Physicians and Medical Market Directors. This program combines in-depth education with real-world clinical exposure to help you become a confident, skilled dermatology provider. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates are guaranteed placement at a specific clinic location, which will be mutually agreed-upon prior to receiving an official offer.

Program Highlights

• Training: Participate in one-on-one training in El Paso or Dallas, TX, for your 12 months of didactic and clinical education.
• Daily Clinical Rotations: Immerse yourself in hands-on clinic shadowing to maximize your exposure to a highly diverse range of skin conditions.
• Flexible Study Resources: Supplement your clinic experience with provided textbooks and online learning materials for self-paced, at-home study.
