Epiphany Dermatology is offering Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive training for ambitious NPs and PAs to fast-track dermatology expertise and secure a future in our clinics.

Training centers are El Paso or Dallas, TX with daily clinical rotations, at-home study resources, milestone assessments, and guaranteed post-training placement at a mutually agreed-upon clinic location, such as Roswell, NM.

Learn Derm is a 12-month, immersive training experience led by our esteemed Physicians and Medical Market Directors. This program combines in-depth education with real-world clinical exposure to help you become a confident, skilled dermatology provider. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates are guaranteed placement at a specific clinic location, which will be mutually agreed-upon prior to receiving an official offer.

Program Highlights

• Training: Participate in one-on-one training in El Paso or Dallas, TX, for your 12 months of didactic and clinical education.
• Daily Clinical Rotations: Immerse yourself in hands-on clinic shadowing to maximize your exposure to a highly diverse range of skin conditions.

Work environment and physical requirements:
