Job summary

Pilot Assessments seeks a PIC‑qualified pilot to lead Learjet operations with focus on safety, compliance, and superior patient-focused service. You will plan missions, supervise crews, and maintain rigorous standards per FAA regs and the Operations Manual.

Candidates should have 2,000+ hours fixed-wing, turbojet/air-carrier experience, and an unrestricted US work authorization. Training and benefits are provided, including a 12‑month initial commitment and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2,000 hours of fixed-wing flight time.
• Experience in air-carrier operations with turbojets or two-pilot crews.
• Learjet or comparable aircraft experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan flight assignments and obtain comprehensive briefings on mission purpose, weather, procedures, and special instructions.
• Supervise crewmembers to ensure thorough planning, preflight, and mission readiness.
• Oversee passenger and cargo loading; ensure proper distribution and securement.
• Verify weight and balance within limits using loading schedules, load computer, or AFM data/graphs.
• Maintain clear, timely oral and written communications with all stakeholders.
• Interact respectfully and professionally with coworkers, clients, vendors, and medical partners.
• Stay current and highly knowledgeable of the Operations Manual, FAA regulations, Ops Specs, and aircraft flight manuals.
• Uphold a professional appearance and embody the organization’s safety- and service-first culture.
