Pilot Assessments in Kenosha, WI is seeking a seasoned airline pilot to serve as Pilot in Command for Learjet 45 series operations under Part 91/135. The role requires extensive flight hours, leadership of the First Officer, and strict adherence to regulations, with nonstandard hours and relocation considered.

The successful candidate will manage flight planning, weight/balance, and fuel planning, while maintaining exceptional passenger service and safety on every leg.

Qualifications

• ATPL license required with multi-engine experience.
• First Class Medical Certificate current.
• 3,000 total flight hours, incl. 1,500 PIC.
• 200+ hours multi-engine time.
• ATP written exam passed or ATP certificate held.
• Radiotelephony proficiency.
• Passport and driver’s license valid; TSA screening eligible.
• Residence within two-hour commute of Kenosha base; relocation considered.
• HS diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• MS Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain availability to crew via company channels during duty.
• Work nonstandard schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Champion aircraft care and passenger safety on every leg.

• Analyze weather for departure, en route, destination, and alternate airports; adapt plans as needed.
• Prepare and review flight plans; compute weight and balance, fuel requirements, and performance data.
• Lead and supervise the First Officer, ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional crew coordination.
• Make sound go/no-go, delay, cancellation, and route deviation decisions based on operating conditions.
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, local, and foreign regulations and company operating procedures.
• Maintain reliable availability to crew and department via company communication channels during duty.
• Work nonstandard schedules, including weekends and holidays, while delivering exceptional passenger service.
• Champion aircraft care and passenger safety and comfort on every leg.

What You’ll Bring

• Multi-Engine Land Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) license required.
• Current First Class Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 3,000 total flight hours, including at least 1,500 hours as PIC.
• Minimum 200 hours multi-engine time.
• ATP written exam passed or ATP certificate held.
• Proficiency in radiotelephony communications.
• Valid passport and driver’s license; ability to pass drug testing and TSA background screening.
• Eligibility to obtain airport ID badge and ramp driving privileges.
• Residence within a two-hour personal commute of the Kenosha base (relocation considered).
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
