PrivateFlite Aviation is expanding its high-performance flight department in Louisville, KY, and seeks a Lear 45 Pilot to uphold elite standards in Part 135 operations. You will deliver safe, precise, and premium service while coordinating with dispatch, maintenance, and crew.

The role emphasizes sound judgment, operational discipline, and a client-focused mindset as the fleet grows and opportunities for advancement arise within the organization.

Qualifications

• ATP Certificate and regional/Part 135 operations knowledge.
• 2,000+ hours total time (experience requirement).
• 1,500+ hours multi-engine time.
• Turbine experience required.
• Strong Part 135 knowledge and regulatory discipline.
• Excellent CRM and decision-making capability.
• Valid passport with no travel restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Execute Part 135 charter operations with precision and professionalism.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-flight planning and risk assessment.
• Maintain strict compliance with FAA regulations and SOPs.
• Deliver premium-level client service throughout each mission.
• Coordinate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and crew.
• Manage domestic and international logistics seamlessly.
• Ensure aircraft readiness, presentation, and documentation standards.
