Job summary

Silfex Inc., a Lam Research Company, seeks a Senior Lean/CI specialist to support waste-eliminating initiatives across manufacturing and office teams. You will lead value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and CI projects, mentoring cross-functional teams and documenting roadblocks.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvement, training on core lean criteria, and promoting Theory of Constraints while driving safety, quality and delivery metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; strong Lean/CI background preferred.
• Professional Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to analyze data, identify waste, and implement sustainable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supports Lean/CI change management across all levels using value stream mapping, lean events, and training.
• Collects and analyzes data to drive improvements in waste, profitability, quality and safety.
• Leads Kaizen events and CI projects; documents roadblocks and escalates as needed.
