Job summary

insightsoftware is seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead lean initiatives across the organization, reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer. You will apply lean methodologies to eliminate waste and drive operational excellence.

In this role you will conduct value‑stream mapping, support Kaizen events, track impact on revenue per employee, and collaborate with executives to embed continuous improvement in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3‑5 years of experience applying lean methodologies in operational or transformation roles
• Deep expertise in lean tools and techniques including value‑stream mapping, Kaizen, visual management, and problem‑solving
• Proven track record conducting value‑stream mapping exercises and driving measurable waste elimination results
• 3‑7 years of project management experience, including leading cross‑functional initiatives in software companies
• Strong facilitation skills with ability to lead workshops, Kaizen events, and executive‑level meetings
• Experience training others on lean methodologies and building organizational lean capability
• Analytical mindset with ability to measure impact in terms of revenue per employee, cycle time, quality, and other operational metrics
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in program management tools, such as Smartsheet

Responsibilities

• Apply lean methodologies to identify and eliminate waste and optimize efficiency
• Conduct value‑stream mapping to visualize current state and design future state
• Support Kaizen events and rapid improvement activities
• Measure impact using metrics like revenue per employee and cycle time
• Partner with leaders to embed lean thinking in daily operations
• Lead cross‑functional lean initiatives across product, engineering, sales, and operations
• Provide training and build internal lean capabilities
