Job summary

Oetiker in United States seeks a results-driven OPS Manager to lead lean initiatives across the organization, plan and oversee internal projects, and guide facilitators in implementing Kaizen practices.

You will audit processes with audit teams, train employees, and ensure adherence to OPS standards while coordinating workshops, reporting monthly on activities, and driving continuous improvement across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of professional lean/continuous improvement in high-volume manufacturing.
• 3-5 years leading change management projects.
• Auditing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OPS activities across the company.
• Initiate OPS workshops and training sessions.
• Manage OPS workshops and training projects.
• Support OPS process facilitators across all shifts.
• Organize OPS communications.
• Promote continuous improvement via videos and internal marketing.
• Plan and conduct OPS audits and monthly reporting.
