Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Manager, Continuous Improvement to lead the GXO Operating System deployment and drive Lean culture across our distribution network in Georgia. You will mentor site leaders, identify best practices, and spearhead process-improvement projects to achieve cost savings and performance goals.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years in related roles, with Lean/Six Sigma credentials and strong analytical skills, and will partner with management to optimize workflows

Qualifications

• 4 years of related work experience.
• Experience with project and resource management.
• Experience with analytical tools such as flowcharts, Pareto charts, cause and effect diagrams, run charts, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Directly support development and deployment of the GXO Lean Management platform for selected sites.
• Identify internal and external best practices to internalize and replicate across GXO.
• Serve as a change agent for culture change and leadership standard work.
• Mentor Site Managers and staff in process improvement methodologies under Lean principles.
• Partner with management to assess current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Organize teams and drive improvement projects around under-performing processes.
• Identify, engage and develop Lean/Six Sigma practitioners and leaders.
• Meet or exceed annual cost savings run rate targets.
• Track GOS deployment progress and report via standard templates.
