Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a high-volume manufacturing facility as a Lean/CI Engineer preferred.
• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and drive Continuous Improvement program to promote lean culture.
• Coach Lean Champions to become independent drivers of continuous improvement.
• Conduct process analysis and guide implementation of Lean tools.
