AFL is seeking a Manufacturing Training Instructor in South Carolina to join their manufacturing operations team. This role involves designing and managing training programs that enhance operational knowledge, focusing on lean principles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical writing or documentation experience.
• Proven work experience in coordinating multiple training events in a corporate/manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated Lean and/or 6 Sigma background related to Continuous Operational Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, teach and coach lean principles to include SMED, 5S and Practical Problem Solving.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs based on needs assessment.
• Conduct training sessions and assess effectiveness against business impact.
