Job summary

The Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Internship at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling offers a hands-on, full-time 12-week program in Los Angeles, CA during Summer 2027. You will support Operations Excellence initiatives and Lean Six Sigma projects to boost plant performance while collaborating with plant leaders and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates are current students in Operations Management, Engineering, or related fields, pursuing a degree and aiming for a manufacturing operations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with 0 to 2 years of related work experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The Company will not sponsor applicants for work visas

Responsibilities

• Perform and accomplish tasks, activities, and projects with guidance from Intern Manager
• Meet and/or exceed project deliverables and deadlines
• Develop technical expertise as needed for functional area
• Develop business acumen by seizing opportunities to learn
• Apply functional academic knowledge and skills to the specific internship position with a professional approach
• Collaborates with members of their designated team and builds relationships with customers, leaders, and peers within the company
• Other duties as assigned
