Job summary

The Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Internship at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling offers a hands-on, full-time opportunity for students pursuing Operations Management, Engineering, or Supply Chain. This 12-week paid internship will run Summer 2027 at the Grand Rapids, MI Production Center, focusing on Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve plant performance.

Interns work with plant leaders and cross-functional teams, gaining experience and networking to pursue manufacturing operations management

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks and projects with guidance from Intern Manager.
• Meet and/or exceed project deliverables and deadlines.
• Develop technical expertise as needed for the functional area.
• Develop business acumen by seizing opportunities to learn.
• Apply academic knowledge to the internship position with a professional approach.
• Collaborate with team members and build relationships with leaders and peers.
• Other duties as assigned.
