• Track key metrics and report findings to your manager each week.
• Read a Continuous Learning system you didn't build and improve it anyway.
• Partner with peers to troubleshoot issues and share practical knowledge.
• Trim Continuous Learning processes that have quietly outlived their purpose.
• Keep Evanston, IL stakeholders briefed without burying them in updates.
• Stitch together Cultural Awareness and Coaching into one coherent workflow.
• Push back, respectfully, when a Coaching shortcut will cost us later.
