Job summary

Zeus Industrial Products seeks a CI Engineer to lead site-level Lean & Six Sigma improvements using DMAIC and DFSS to enhance process capability, reduce variation, and eliminate waste. This role acts as a change agent, applying Lean and Six Sigma to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements aligned with the Zeus Operating System (ZOS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required/Black Belt preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or related manufacturing leadership roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce inefficiencies.
• Organize and lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and rapid problem-solving workshops across production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and maintenance.
• Mentor and train team members in Strategic Problem Solving and Lean Six Sigma Principles.
• Apply Hypothesis testing, Regression, DOE, GR&R, SPC, and Process Capability analysis; leverage Minitab, Power BI, and Excel to validate results.
• Ensure sustainability through control plans, standard work, and ongoing oversight.
