Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Black Belt to drive change across a consumer health logistics environment. Based at the Groveport, OH site, you will lead DMAIC projects, develop dashboards, and mentor teams to implement Lean tools and durable process improvements.

You will partner with SAP, Manhattan, and Salesforce ecosystems, require strong communication, and support business transformation with evidence-based insights. On-site role with collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in related field preferred.
• Kaizen Certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Manhattan, and Salesforce preferred.
• Knowledgeable with writing simple data queries or willingness to learn SQL Server Management Studio, Hana Studio or Google Big Query.
• Well-rounded communication skills, able to communicate to all levels of the business.
• Knowledgeable with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provides network performance metrics and feedback for Weekly Business Reviews.
• Provides initial data analysis and visualization to support projects in business unit.
• Directs data and analytics team for dashboard and reporting creation.
• Addresses gaps with account and system setup related to business area.
• Collaborates with business functions to define and standardize processes.
• Creates SOPs and work instructions to support processes.
• Implements and trains on Operating Model Elements and Lean Tools.
• Communicates updates to field via meetings and reports.
• Contributes to leadership proposals.
