Job summary
Alberici is seeking a Lean Services Associate in Maryland Heights, MO to support construction project delivery through Lean implementation activities. This role involves working with project teams to enhance planning and workflow using Lean methodologies. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Key benefits include profit-sharing plans and comprehensive health insurance from day one. Travel for project locations across North America will be required.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience implementing Lean practices on construction projects.
Familiarity with Lean practices preferred.
Willingness to travel for up to 85% of time.
Responsibilities
Support Lean implementation activities on smaller construction projects.
Assist project teams during early planning cycles.
Deliver introductory Lean and Last Planner System training.
Support Team Health Survey setup and documentation.
