Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Corporate seeks an internal Revenue Cycle expert to lead effectiveness initiatives, scope projects, and develop plans for implementation. This role embeds Lean methodology across operational and financial areas and produces training content to support changes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of project management or process improvement experience, plus familiarity with Epic and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Bachelor's in a related field is required; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of progressively responsible project management or process improvement experience.
• Proven understanding of revenue cycle operations and technology.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, lead and facilitate Revenue Cycle Operational Effectiveness initiatives with minimal direct supervision.
• Scope projects, develop plans and implement solutions; manage research, QA activities and training content.
• Act as internal consultant and knowledge expert for Revenue Cycle using Lean methodologies to drive improvements.
