Job summary

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is looking for a Business Systems Technician to work in a creative environment focused on Lean prototyping. Your responsibilities will include designing and building low-cost prototypes to enhance processes and support Kaizen events.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills and experience in manufacturing or technical trades. You will collaborate closely with teams to convert ideas into functional models while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on fabrication skills (wood, metal, plastics).
• Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or technical trades preferred.
• Ability to interpret sketches and simple drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build low-cost rapid prototypes to support Lean improvements.
• Translate conceptual ideas into functional mock-ups.
• Support 3P events with models and process simulations.
