Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical or industrial equipment is required.
• Ability to learn and understand machine operation and components.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain high-speed production equipment and related support gear.
• Perform product and size changeovers as needed.
• Complete daily production and quality logs.
• Keep work area neat and orderly at all times.
• Carry out daily and weekly maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Assist plant engineers and mechanics with higher-level maintenance tasks.
• Take on other duties assigned by management.
