ROHDE & SCHWARZ GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a production supervisor to lead technicians and assembly staff on site in Maryland. You will coordinate daily workflows, assign tasks, and manage shift schedules to meet production deadlines.

• Lead, mentor, and manage technicians and assembly staff.
• Coordinate daily workflows and shift schedules to meet deadlines.
• Provide hands-on training on cabling standards, hardware mounting, and installation protocols.
• Oversee Rack & Stack processes from unboxing to mounting and connection.
• Enforce Rack Elevation Diagrams and Wiring Schematics.
• Implement QA checklists to prevent cabling errors before testing.
• Ensure proper cable management for airflow and maintenance.
