Responsabilités

• Oversee subassembly and assembly operations ensuring efficiency, quality and productivity.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing labor and materials.
• Coordinate production planning across workstations and departments.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and meet specs.
• Monitor KPIs such as output, efficiency, waste, and cost savings.
• Lead and mentor production staff; conduct training for safety and procedures.
