Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor in Minster, OH. The role oversees daily production activities, ensures Lean initiatives are applied, and leads a team to meet performance goals with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The position requires strong communication, a high school diploma, and 2–4 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment. SAP knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years related experience in manufacturing/production.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; basic computer skills.
• SAP knowledge and lean manufacturing exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of the assigned work centers to meet performance goals.
• Organize and assign work; guide and assist employees in safe performance.
• Provide leadership, direction, and training in assigned centers.
• Anticipate, analyze, and diagnose production problems; coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain conformance with company policies; enforce discipline when necessary.
• Lead or support implementation of improved manufacturing processes using Lean tools.
• Approve weekly payroll hours and appraise employee performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
