Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise procedures and techniques of production in department(s).
• Provide initial training and advanced cross training for all department employees.
• Develop a production control schedule with the Production Control Department.
• Promote a high level of employee motivation within the department.
• Maintain lean manufacturing principles and promote quality and productivity.
• Monitor all production methods to ensure maximum output of quality.
• Facilitate cost containment measures for direct/ indirect labor and materials, overhead and utilities.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
