Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; masters preferred.
• 3-5 years of leadership of projects and teams with significant scope.
• LEAN process improvements/implementation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production teams including Team Leaders and associates; oversee Process Engineering, Quality, budgets, and performance assessments.
• Lead Lean initiatives to drive productivity gains and continuous improvement.
• Support daily operations, manufacturing priorities, and coordination with off-shift management and shipments; foster flow and pull-based production where possible.
