Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in manufacturing operations with at least three years in supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lean with experience implementing Lean principles and methods.
• Demonstrated track record managing manufacturing operations, achieving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost performance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Insures fulfillment of all customer orders at the right Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Leads the plant with Lean principles and practices that produce benchmark annual levels of improvement.
• Manages daily Production activities and provides effective work direction for supervising.
