Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and HR.
• Familiarity with safety, quality, productivity, inventory and stewardship processes.
• Computer literacy and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategic initiatives and vision for a high-performing department to enhance performance and productivity.
• Drives development and implementation of improvements in production methods for increased efficiency.
• Contributes to budget preparation for production expenses and capital investment requests.
• Administers and enforces company policies within the assigned area.
• Monitors operations and triggers corrective actions; upholds safety practices.
