Shape Corp. is seeking a Lean SES Specialist to coach the plant management team in lean methodologies and tools. Through hands-on shop floor involvement, you will train personnel at all levels and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include leading lean initiatives, mapping workflows, and developing standardized work. You will support problem-solving teams to ensure quality and safety while identifying cost reductions. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of lean (TPS) implementation experience in a production facility
• Experience applying lean (TPS) tools to improve plant performance
• Knowledge of std work, SMED, Kaizen, Hoshin, pull systems
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain management
• Excellent interpersonal and training skills; travel up to 10%

Mansioni

• Coach and support management in SES methodologies and lean training on the shop floor
• Coordinate with plant and SES managers to implement corp standards and best practices
• Develop knowledge of lean standards and lead shopfloor improvement activities
• Map processes, plan workflow, space, and equipment layout to improve efficiency
• Support problem solving teams to ensure quality and safe operations
• Identify and implement cost reductions on the shop floor
• Develop supervisor and team member training programs
