Qualifications

• 3 years of Continuous Improvement or Lean Engineering experience.
• Demonstrated implementation experience in Lean principles.
• Lean, Operations or Supply Chain Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
• Develop, document, and implement standard work for continuous improvement.
• Mentor facility team members in Lean principles and tools.
