Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Process, Mechatronics, or Mechanical).
  • 1+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement/Process Engineering roles.
  • Experience in a continuous manufacturing environment and understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with plant CIMS network in quality, efficiency, and RTY improvement projects.
  • Identify performance gaps in yield, uptime, speed, and quality; drive projects to close gaps.
  • Manage small to medium Capital projects enabling process improvement work streams.
