Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing work experience.
• At least 2 years as a production supervisor or industrial engineer.
• Experience with Global 8D Problem-Solving Methodology.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 5S Program and support Lean implementation.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation.
• Train production and maintenance staff on new processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality systems, and safety regulations.
