Job summary

OmniForce Solutions is seeking an Industrial Engineer to improve manufacturing performance by analyzing end-to-end production and business processes. You will lead improvements across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations, guiding projects from observation through sustainment.

The role reports to the Director of Manufacturing Systems and Operations and focuses on safety, quality, cost, delivery, productivity, capacity, and throughput on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of IE/Manufacturing Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading process-improvement projects from planning to results verification.
• Lean Manufacturing, continuous-improvement methods, and root-cause problem solving.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, productivity, capacity, and throughput.
• Conduct time studies, work sampling, cycle-time analysis, and labor-content reviews.
• Develop current/ future-state maps, value stream maps, and flow diagrams.
• Lead improvement projects from charter to sustainment and measure benefits.
• Pilot changes, collect feedback, and enable training and change adoption.
