Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge and experience in the application of lean principles.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned facility(s) while executing the TQPS deployment plan.
• Lead and facilitate relevant team member training and development.
• Promote engagement of all Team Members relating to TQPS principles.
