Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience supervising in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Sheetmetal fabrication practices and SMACNA standards.
• Knowledge of current IBC and OSHA safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations with assigned staff.
• Monitor product quality by enforcing inspection standards.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and enhance safety policies.
