• Evaluates machinery and layout for productivity and safety improvements.
• Assembles and trains teams in process improvement; optimizes floor layout and material flow with lean concepts.
• Leads engineering projects from initiation through implementation.
• Documents improvements in overhead, efficiency and utilization.
• Plans and oversees plant layout and equipment to optimize space and manpower.
