You will identify waste, reduce variability, and drive continuous improvement through structured problem solving and change management in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing or industrial experience.
• Experience with structured problem‑solving to identify root causes.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; able to influence across levels.
• Proactive, hands‑on, capable of leading projects to completion.
• Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and eliminate waste.
• Identify, quantify, and prioritize opportunities to reduce costs.
• Analyze process performance, material usage, labor, energy, and downtime.
• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity.
• Establish baselines and measure financial impact of improvements.
• Lead kaizen events and structured problem‑solving activities.
• Support standard work and visual management tools.
• Provide leadership to drive productivity and reduce waste in operations.
